Scrivens are currently selecting pre-registration Optometrists for 2009/10.

We are looking for clinical skills and abilities, as well as the personal qualities required to facilitate a smooth transition from university to branch life and for success in your PQEs.  

The pre-registration year at Scrivens is busy and varied and normally involves:
·         Spending three days a week in the practice examining eyes and dispensing.
·         One day supervised contact lens fitting.
·         Work experience at a local hospital once a week.

You will be provided with:
·         Your own consulting room and access to a full range of equipment.
·         A full program of courses and tutorials to cover all aspects of the PQEs plus mock exams.

The pre-registration year at Scrivens is all about helping you develop your skills as a professional Optometrist.
